Shipping
WE SHIP USPS PRIORITY MAIL

Includes USPS Tracking and up to $50 of insurance with most shipments (restrictions apply).
Orders are generally processed Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. We do not ship on the weekends or holidays. After your item is prepared and sent to shipping carrier a tracking number is automatically sent to your email address on file. PLEASE carefully check to make sure you enter your address correctly in the appropriate fields, remembering to include any apartment or street numbers. If your address is incorrect, the post office sends the package back out to us. To avoid delay and additional shipping fees please always double check your shipping address.
When will I get tracking information?
You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your package ships, via the email you placed your order with. Make sure to check all inboxes, including your spam folder, if you can’t find your shipping confirmation. Please note it can sometimes take up to 3 days for your tracking link to update.
How long will it take for my order to arrive, once it ships?
Orders normally arrive within 3-7 days of shipping, unless otherwise noted.
Please note that shipping delays will occur if you provide an incorrect address at checkout.
If your package is returned due to a shipping error, we’ll reach out to you via the email address provided with your shipping information. If we don’t get a response within 5 business days, we hold the right to refund your order. This applies to all merchandise orders, including limited edition and pre-order sales.
Payment Options
We accept payments by Credit Card (Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, and Paypal). Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard pre-authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction. The pre-authorization is completed once the order has been packed and is ready to be shipped. If the billing or shipping information are incorrect or incomplete, we will contact you to confirm them before your order is shipped. Orders are normally processed and shipped within 1-3 business days, please allow extra time for weekends and holidays..
Returns & Refunds
-Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
-All returns must be in an unused/unworn condition with tags attached.
-We have the right to refuse your return if we felt the item is not in the condition it was sent to you in. If your return is rejected when it arrives to us then we will send it back to you.
-We cannot make changes to orders once they are placed so please check all your details including address and size before completing your order.
-We do not accept exchanges and only provide refunds for all returns
-We are not responsible for any mistakes in addresses you input.
-ALL orders for returns are not refunded their original shipping cost.
